recruitment qualities

the qualities looked for in any new m.l. recruit are simply the basis of what one needs to be considered for joining, you still have to fill out the recruitment forms and reviewed by the m.l. leaders with careful consideration.

the first quality looked for in m.l. recruits is at least a basic level of intelligence while the more intelligent you are the better your chances are you don't have to be a super genius to be qualified to join the m.l. and all forms of intelligence such as book smarts, street smarts, and etc.

the second quality looked for in m.l. recruits is to be able to pass a basic physical and more advanced difficult versions if your position in the m.l. requires it.

the third quality looked for in an m.l. recruit is a special skill or specialization that is of use such as a politician, scientist, engineer, and various others as this falls under  a wide spectrum..

the fourth and final quality looked for in m.l. recruits is loyalty and dedication to the cause to be able to do what it takes to advance the agenda put the m.l. above all if the situation were to arise.
